Pelham Valley

We are nestled at the base of Monteagle Mountain in Pelham. My husband built a "shed" (we call it a shed, but I think it might be nicer than the house) during the Pandemic and has been using it to home-brew. I've effectively taken it over when it isn't a brew day for my coffee roasting. One of my favorite things in life is pouring a cup of fresh coffee and talking a walk watching the sun come over the mountain. 

I started home roasting in 2020, and I would share my coffee with family and friends. I would get asked if I sold my coffee and how people could get some. I decided to start Pelham Valley Coffee Roastery so that I could share coffee with more people! I am passionate about making coffee an enjoyable experience, and I love seeing folks discover the possibilities that exist outside of the traditional, over-roasted and stale grocery store coffee. Fresh is definitely best!
