How It Started
I am a corporate attorney by trade, but I have always been obsessed with coffee. Early into the Pandemic, I started digging into roasting my own beans and was blown away by the difference freshness makes! I find so much joy in watching someone's face light up as they discover what truly fresh coffee smells and tastes like. There's nothing like it. After roasting for myself and friends for 3 years, I've upgraded my roasting system and made it official! I am so excited to share coffee with you!
My Philosophy
The best coffee is the kind you love. My aim is to keep quality high and freshness first, so that anyone and everyone can enjoy a cup of the good stuff. I believe in sourcing the best beans and roasting to preserve and highlight flavor. I also believe in the small things, like your process, your tools, and most importantly, your preferences.
